The 50-year-old singing sensation was admitted to the Priory after she shot to worldwide attention on Britain's Got Talent in 2009, but now she is in a better place, according to the Belfast Telegraph.

"I finally feel accepted. Accepted by my fans... accepted by my friends, family and neighbours. In truth I feel I now belong," she told The Huffington Post UK.

"It is this acceptance and the feeling of belonging that has helped me lay my demons to rest. This is really the first time that I feel confident and blessed."
