Lindsay Lohan, who is due to appear in court in L.A. today, said she is off drugs, has been complying whit the rules of her probation and sees no reason she should go to jail or rehab.

Lohan, 23, tells Hollywood TV, in a recent interview, that she has been a good girl and feels certain people are out to conspire against her, including her father, Michael Lohan.

The Hollywood TV reporter questioned Lohan on her "misbehaving" in Cannes recently.

She was seen in a picture with some people and visibly in display in the background was lines of cocaine.

Lindsay said she was asked by a fan to come into the room to pose for a picture which she obliged and left straight after.

"I wouldn't know what was in the room," she says.

Should she go to jail?

"I don't see what reason I would go to prison for. I've been more than compliant with everything having to do with the court system," the actress tells Hollywood.TV.

Lohan admits that she did miss one court-mandated alcohol-education class because her passport was stolen from her room - along with other personal belongings including jewelery- while in Cannes promoting her movie "Inferno."

She said she tried frantically to get out of Cannes because she knew what was at steak.

"I had no option but to stay there. I immediately was trying to find ways out," she says.

Asked if she should go to rehab, Lohan replies: "I don't see why I would even have to do that considering I've been in compliance with everything that occurs when you're in the court system for two DUIs."

The actress says the only person who's suggested jail or rehab is her father Michael, who, she adds, "clearly isn't sane."

Lohan returned to Los Angeles from Cannes on Sunday, and missed her little brother Michael Jr.'s graduation from Ithaca College in New York.

Asked how she felt about that, Lohan replied, "Upset. It sucks. It's horrible. … I'm proud of him and wish I could [have been] there."
