Five hours after Lindsay Lohan was charged with a misdemeanor theft and handed a 120-day jail sentence, she posted $75,000 bail and was released Friday from Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif., at 9:21 p.m. She departed in a black SUV with a police escort.

This was the fourth time in a year that the troubled has appeared before a judge. Although Judge Stephanie Sautner reduced Lohan's charge from felony grand theft to misdemeanor theft, she ruled that Lohan intentionally stole the $2500 necklace from a Venice, CA store and should have tried to return it once police became involved.

In addition to the jail time, Sautner sentenced her to 480 hours of community service, including working at the county morgue and a local women's shelter.
