Diva pop-star Lady Gaga and sexy singer Katy Perry have received five nominations each for the MTV Europe Music Awards this coming November.

The lovely ladies are shortlisted in four categories; best song, best female act, best pop act and best video.

Gaga is also up for best live act and Perry for best world stage performance.

Other big names up for several nominations include Eminem for best song, best male act, best video and best hip hop.

His best video is for his Rhianna collaboration “Love the Way You Lie.”

The best new act category include: Kesha, Plan B, Jason Derulo, B.o.B. and Justin Bieber.

Old-timer Ozzy Osbourne is up against Kings of Leon, Linkin Park, Muse and 30 seconds of Mars for best rock category.

The music awards are to be held in Madrid, Spain on November 7.

Perry and Linkin Park are confirmed to perform at the annual event, one of pop music's biggest nights outside the United States.
