Jonathan Rhys Meyers has moved from the luxury of his three bedroom Dublin city center apartment to the quieter confines of Bray, County Wicklow as he films the final weeks of "The Tudors" television series.

The Golden Globe winner had been staying in the exclusive Dublin 4 pad on Appian Way rent-free, as bosses of the hit series were happy to foot the bill so that they could keep close tabs on the fiery Cork actor.

Rhys Meyers will now call Bray home as he has relocated to a spot closer to Ardmore studios, where most of the filming for the hit Showtime series takes place.

Though Rhys Meyers has been keeping his head down as of late, moving to Wicklow will ensure there is less temptation than there was at his previous address, which was right next to Leeson Street, one of Dublin’s most active clubbing areas.

The 32-year-old has had his problems in recent times, with alcohol-related incidents at both Dublin airport and more recently at Charles De Gaulle airport in Paris.

At least the actor’s love life seems to be settled at the moment, as he was seen having a good time at U2’s final gig with long time girlfriend Rheena Hammer, who was spotted wearing a sizeable ring on her wedding finger at the Croke Park Concert.

Here’s hoping that this latest move will keep Rhys Meyers on the straight and narrow
