Connecticut’s champion Irish dancers from the Horgan Academy is set to share the stage with the “Lord of the Dance.”

 The Horgan Academy of Irish Dance will perform Irish step-dancing at the Palace Theater in Waterbury, Connecticut during a pre-show of a one-night performance of Michael Flatley’s “Lord of the Dance” on Thursday, May 7. 

Renowned Irish step-dancing instructor and choreographer Irene Horgan and champion Irish step-dancers from the Horgan Academy’s many Connecticut studios will perform a dance demonstration at 6:45 p.m.

The Horgan Academy has been educating Irish dancers of all ages to perform traditional and contemporary Irish step-dances for a host of civic, church, charity and cultural events since 1984.
