All Star weekend is three short weeks away. November 29 is the big day when a traveling party of over 100 players and dignitaries will be traveling from Ireland to the Irish Cultural Center, Canton, Massachusetts. The cream of intercounty talent from 2013 and 2014 will face off on the main field, which after several weeks of rest and rain is looking in immaculate shape.
Gaa fans in the Northeast will also be treated to a Boston v New York game to get things going. The Boston players have been training well, and the response from the home based players in the area has been nothing short of excellent. Sunday a quite intense practice match took place and the side looks to be coming together nicely.
