Niall O'Dowd hits the nail on the head with his comments about the 'illegal alien' costume. It's offensive. Period. Apparently, The New York Times has appointed a special editor to monitor what it calls "opinion media" and that said editor should "brief them frequently on bubbling controversies." Well life is just not fair - Gabriel Byrne missed out on an Emmy tonight as Bryan Cranston won for 'Breaking Bad.' It was the second Emmy for Cranston who said he felt like 'Cindafella' among the nominees. Byrne, as ever, was gracious in defeat.
