CATHAL: This is a very strange story. This woman can't pay for a house she bought with her husband after they "Became" divorced (!) - advertises it and accepts an offer for €400,000 less than she owes the bank and is surprised they blocked the sale. It is not hers to sell! So long as she owes a cent on her load it belongs to them. I can't believe she is now trying to sell 'advice' to orhers! ~~~ There are free property advertining Sites available on the internet. Pick one of those instead - I advise you to keep well clear of this lady!
