Irish public outraged at women posing with dogs in charity calendar

You people should watch what you say; that's my wife you're talking about. And who the heck is that woman? Many of the comments posted in response to the above picture were pretty darn funny. I will be reading the articles in Irish Central before my other dailies.

I wasn't aware that citizen's in Ireland had it so good that they have time to concern themselves with such matters. Had this calendar been marketed in the U.S., you would see that we have way to many problems to protest a calendar. Additionally, it would have sold millions.

Maribone--disgusting is it? Not as disgusting as the way the Irish treat their animals--drown newborn kittens and puppies instead of having their animals neutered (in a bag with a stone and into the river, even adult cats & dogs) beat donkeys to death, fill the roads with stray dogs when the novelty of the Christmas puppy wears off...dump newborn kittens in fields to starve and perish to death in the cold, poison cats & dogs. Believe me, the Irish are not animal lovers. I grew up there, saw it all. A couple of years ago still the swarms of starving strays wandering the roads--saw my own brother and sister-in-law let a poor stray dog starve before their eyes. The poor thing was so hungry it ate an apple off the tree in their yard. Still they did nothing. I called the animal shelter and they said they were full to the doors...

A human, unbridled female debauchee with an innocent little dog. A have seen more photos on their page, and they were more conventional. A men's calendar, not my cup of tea, but I still cannot find out what kind of abuse of animals it might be. Perhaps people are too shy to say that actually it is immoral from Catholic point of view (because, indeed, it is...not the put, anyway...) The pup is so small that it cannot recognize whose breast it actually is (remember a kitten that tried to suck my breast some time ago, until I delivered it to it's mum.)
