Merefalow the last 2 birds were poisoned . Most game keepers have respect for all living things and are don't shoot anything that moves . They are a beautiful bird . Id say its common knowledge who in putting down poison to protect there sheep in Kerry .

I have seen the Killarney eagles from the Lake Hotel, Killarney. They looked magnificent.
What a pity that they had to die at
the hands of a lesser species. Eagles do not kill for fun, unlike their mentally sub normal assassins!

this is by gamekeepers for the hunting shooting fishing shoot anything that moves crowd,to protect their pheasants, partridges,and fishing for the well heeled shooters,nothing,not even something so beautiful will be allowed to compete with that lucrative little enterprise.
