I am wondering what happens to persons who enter and work illegally in Ireland? I am all for legal immigration as long as they STOP the illegals who are causing so much trouble in the US; and if they go by similar rules as Australia. First, stop illegal immigration and then set up a reasonable policy for legal immigration.

Maybe next time they'll think about trying to enter US in the LEGAL & proper way! Why should people be endeared by a country when the first thing they do upon entering that country is to brake the law? Those who enter by the proper channels pay a lot of money for paperwork over the years and pay their way with taxes.
