The district court heard that at about 11PM on the night of the attack the security guard grabbed Crilly, punching him on the jaw under the chin. When Crilly fell he hit his head on the concrete pavement losing consciousness and beginning to vomit.

Crilly was drunk at the time of the incident, and had been attempting to help a friend who became involved in a fight on the footpath outside the pub.

The court ruled that Crilly, who is employed as a metal worker, did nothing to provoke the assault. The hotel bouncer was given a suspended jail term after being convicted of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

Pay a visit murph instead of crapping on about a country you know nothing about.Isolated incidents taken out of context by you and cillowen tu justify your ignorant and pathetic lives.
Similar to the GAA game that I saw reported on last week. a Tyrone team were involved in that.
australia is as bad as the madness that I see daily over the internet on ireland. Desperate people who've bought into the culture that is being pushed by our troika masters. Ya'll can figure who glides over such crud.

This fellow got away quite lightly in comparison to a young Corkman who was left in a wheelchair after a beating by two youths in the Sydney suburb of Coogee in 2008. A lot of random beatings happen in Australia.
Nice travel poster-Come to Australia, get the krap knocked out ya-take home $363,000!
The Gold Coast Bulletin is full of these sort of stories, bouncers beating the living daylights out of stroppy drinkers in and around the bars and clubs of Surfers Paradise, Queensland.
Hey Sean Melb is this your wonderful Australia?
