Murph46! Any reference to "authentic Irish" sounds like racist supremacy to me. Some posters from the northern-Irish' Ulster unionist/loyalist tradition, (who consider themselves British), are on line trying to sour relations between Nationalist/Republic Ireland and Irish-America.

I'm from the Indianapolis area and strange as it may seem neither the TV news nor papers even discuss the fact that these were Irish persons-Ireland, American or otherwise. Must have been a slow day at IC to make this big of a deal out of a good old murder/suicide over a woman.

Why is it they are Irisman in the headline ,and Irish-Americans in the body of the story.According to the "Authentic Irish" Americans CANT be Irish!
