"Best democracy money can buy!"
I hope ahern and his partners in crime are jailed and lose thier scandalous pensions they destroyed the country for everyone
Can it be possible also that A h e r n got payments in exchange for the sweet heart deal with Royal Dutch Shell whereby they got the Corrib Gas field for a song! Our exploration terms in relation to tax take, royalties are on a par with Cameroon since they were watered down during his term as a Minister. A whopping great unknown.
Bloody Crook.
This is so distressing and then in U.S., it is worse. Dick Cheney, the man with the blood and pain of our Military Fallen and Walking Wounded and their suffering families on his soul, gets a heart transplant. Would be great if the heart's previous owner has an interesting history that takes over and this man who has personally contributed to the bankrupting of U.S. gets his Karmic deserve. Ahearn wanders the world with his mistress at the Irish Public's expense and is still making money. Yes, we must all laugh or go mad. Thank God for Bill Maher and Jon Stewart and Lewis Black and all of the comedians - they keep us sane. It is all we have left since Justice and Health only seem to go to those with the money.
and while all of this is going on bertie is in nigeria telling them how to run their economy?? and trousering another 30k plus expenses laugh you could'nt make it up.
It's time we stop supporting these politicians with outrageous pensions especially after they have 'Raped' their own people while in office!
Yeah, and that says nothing of the damage this cosy developer relationships brought, Bertie took our country to it's knees after a mere 60 years in existence.. he is a traitor to Tara and to Ireland.. and one begets the other..
