Suspect in mystery murder sat on body and sang hymns as police arrived on the scene

I don't get this...did the article neglect to inform us that she didn't murder him, but merely was holding her own private funeral service when the police arrived? The victim stated he feared for his life due to her threats, she was sitting on his dead body and singing...those facts put together say an awful lot to me. Now she's been released on the innocent public once more...I wonder who her next victim will be?

Released without charge??? I don't get it!!!No jail or mental hospital??? She's threatened someone else.Are they waiting for her to kill him or her too???
