Substantial increase in burglaries, fraud and kidnappings in Ireland

It would be interesting to know what percentage of these crimes are accounted for by foreign migrants. A while back The Irish Independent newspaper reported that one prisoner in three in Irish jails is a foreign migrant. That seems a little high to me, but in any case the undeniable truth is that every victim of criminality by a foreign migrant in Ireland (just like victims of illegal aliens here) would not have been victimized if that migrant were not allowed into the country.
