money should have been spent on Catholic schools that had to close./...a better way to honor Irish ancesters.

It is a rule in the King of England's courts of justice in Ireland, that every man who is not of Irish extraction, may institute a judicial process of any kind, and that this power is forbidden to the Irish, whether clergy or laityreligious men and the bishops.
