Sinead O'Connor set for Irish matchmaking festival
Reveals plans to find mate on top Irish show
Sinead O'Connor, who has recently made her man-hunt public, revealed on Friday's Late Late Show that she had become so sexually frustrated during a recent concert tour that she looked for male escorts on the Internet.
"I have not had sex in seven months and I am not in love with my vibrator," she told host Ryan Tubridy, reported the Irish Examiner.
The singer said she wants to attend Lisdoonvarna's famous matchmaking festival to find "a good hairy man."
"I knew that if I joined dating agencies, it would eventually end up in the newspapers, so I posted on my website. But now I think that Lisdoonvarna is the way to go."
She told the Late Late host that she had received so many responses to her online requests for sex that her website crashed.
"It’s OK to sleep with Mr Wrong while you’re waiting for Mr Right," she told Tubridy.
