Nothing joyous about Mountjoy Gaol! Did a clinical visit there once during Addiction Counsellor training. Not the place to be - believe me! Prisoners were locked away while we were there. Smell of urine all pervasive from slopping out (ie no in cell sanitation due to being 19th century panopticon Victorian prison. Reminds me of a joke from the film 'Blazing Saddles' by one character who didn't want to go to jail - because they've got rapists who rape robbers and robbers who rob rapists. The detritus of society. I don't envy the Quinn's.
wtf The Quinn business was sound until the government got involved, that involvement destroyed a good company and cost many people their jobs. Now they have to find scape goats to put the blame on. Sad.
