i got stitched for an extra 100 quid, yes i was mad as hell, but it was my own fault i didnt read or understand what was sent to me,if i had there would have been no problem, what they could do id print it large ,clearly and prominent, they get a lot of adverse publicity but fly people cheaply all over,i think a bit of common sense good publick relations would prevent all the bad publicity that is thrown at them, they have enemies which is in the intrest of said enemies to pick up on all the bad things, they would not be as successfull as they are if they were as bad as sometimes painted.

Not surprised. Flew them many times but never again. Rude, nasty and always a bad experience.
