Perhaps Limbaugh spent the break eating Ding Dongs, which reportedly have a shelf life of six years.

At all events Limbaugh's decision to blame the president for the collapse of the Hostess company proved to be premature. On Monday Hostess and the Bakers Union agreed to a mediation, preventing shutdown.

EphramimKibbey, very good observation. We should feel sorry for Rush, he's going through withdrawal.
Rush is a few twinkies short of a full pack.
Get over yopurself Limbaugh you fat slob and a liar to boot.
Like Corkman, I find most disturbing the fact that sycophants of Fox News continue to believe the drivel laid out before them by Limbaugh, Hannity, O’Reilly, Trump and others. Blame it on the level of cupidity or the level of stupidity, it is worrying in the extreme because even after facts are explained, documented and footnoted, these folks remain entrenched, oblivious and in denial. Aside from the billions of Koch brothers’ dollars that catapulted Governor Romney to a near win, I am astounded that he progressed as far as he did in this election on a no-facts platform. He deserves a permanent place in Bill Maher’s Bubble -- of speciousness. Limbaugh is not funny, he’s farcical.
"Clearly Rush is nuts." AMEN....AMEN....AMEN !!!
I've been waiting for someone to make that statement. Read the facts, Rush...the greed at the top of the corporate ladder is what caused the demise...nothing more, nothing less and certainly NOT Mr. Obama.
Clearly Rush is nuts.
I looked up buffoon in Webster's and lo and behold right next to the definition was a picture of Rush. What I find disturbing is that so many people believe his drivel.
I saw the title of this article, and it made me laugh so hard that I don't want to spoil the enjoyment by reading the article and finding out what Limpaugh actually said. I trust EphraimKibbey got it right, that it's the GOP again, forever contradicting itself when it says government can't create jobs and then blaming our top government official for not creating jobs.
Why does anyone take this right wing clown seriously? Time and again he has not only proven but acknowledged that he makes provocative statements regardless of any truth or prevarication JUST to get noticed. Isn't it time we didn't?
CavanAncestor - The Irish Americans ARE the UNIONS! From Coal to Cupcakes, it was the IRISH who created American unions. They had learned their lessons well and knew that, with numbers, came strength.
The Hostess union WORKERS bailed out Hostess two years ago when it went through bankruptcy the first time. The GOP seems to blame business failure on everyone except the management. If, as he claims, government can't create jobs and CEO's deserve their giant salaries because of their superior ability to run big, complicated corporations (as opposed to ordinary human workers,) why is it that the KING of the GOP blames the failure of a busines on the government and the union workers? He seems to want to have his twinkie and eat it too.
The pathetic comments by Limbaugh would be funny if Colbert or another comedian was saying them, but from Limbaugh's lips they are disingenuous because he is actually spouting something as being true. Every time he breathes it is a waste of good air. He is an example of why abortion should be available to anybody who wants it. I'm sure his parents would have aborted him if they could have envisioned the jaded irresponsible entity he has become. Just saying !!!
If it involves Twinkies, I'm sure Limbaugh is the expert.
