To me this is their private problem. She has no political position of power over the rest of the country where her impaired condition would mar her judgment...Right now she is only in a position to hurt herself or if she gets in a car hurt other drivers. she is not in the position to hurt millions of her fellow citizens like the rest of the kennedys have been able to do.

I am sorry for her and her problem. But I find it curious that the police would not divulge how impaired she was or how fast she was going. That seems to be something that is typically reported for others. I don't know that it needs to be but why for some and not others ?

Not another,"prefered treatment" for a "Kennedy". When are people going to learn? You give "Kennedys" the same treatment as anyone else.
