If Irish never gets to the floor for a vote, you can blame Schumer, NOT Brown. Grassley has offered an up or down vote on Irish E3, but Schumer insists on binding Irish E3 with HR 3012 which will give 80% of EB visas to Indians. Call Schumer and demand that he unhook the Irish E3 bill from HR3012 so it can go to the floor for a vote.

America is saying loud and clear 'No Irish Need Apply'. Maybe the Irish should immigrate to Mexico and then cross the border, America doesn't seem to have any problem with letting illegals in from there.
