Racist and sexist slurs found among One World Trade Center graffiti

I know of a case in which an Irish immigrant girl was subjected to great embarassment and humiliation by a nun whose own parents were from Ireland. The victim in this case was a secrety who was highly qualified and most efficient, having much knowledge of computers and sounded very professional on the phone. Her supervising nun couldn't accept thishign degre of proficiemncy in anyone who came from what she perceived as misary, povrty, drugery and starvation in Ireland and felt this Irish employee should be 'cut down to size'. One day while the secretary stepped out of the office, the nun placed a half boiled, half rotten potato on her desk to remind her of her Famine background. This 'trick' worked and the poor girl was greatly hurt, offended and humiliated - to the delight of the nun and herfellow full blooded,real Americans.

The more attention people give to this kind of behavior the worse it will get. Try and ignore people who do this they are just trying to see how many people they piss off. It's not nice but maybe they're nuts or it's their idea of a joke. Don't let it offend you.

This is sickening! I'm sure there are anti-Italian slurs in that tower as well, but who has time to go to every floor? All should keep in mind the low intelligence level and low decency of these individuals. No, not all construction workers are of this ilk. Since the mainstream media considered it acceptable for the 2008 Democratic presidential candidate's favorite clergyman to say from the pulpit: "I call on God to damn America", it ought to be equally acceptable for someone to write that the Irish should take a bath (when needed).

For all they know, its just two or three knuckleheads doin this.

This is not newsworthy, unless you consider back when one was a child writing something like "Sister Mary wears combat boots" to be newsworthy.
