I really like this idea of the Queen at Croke Park.. I would invite Nelson Mandala and Archbishop Tutu, even if they could not come, to remind people that reconciliation, after the injustices are removed (they can never be undone), is better than revenge or spite. ... Notice that I did not refer to her here as Madame Windsor, as I normally do, accepting that she is visiting as the head of the British state on another mission of reconciliation rather than as a representative of British class privilege and imperialism.

Jess: IF she's gonna be laying a wreath in Croke Park, it should be for the English Rugby Team that got battered there in 2007, 43-13........Then she can jump on the Luas on lay a wreath at Landsdowne Rd (I will never call the ground by its sponsors name), for this years onslaught.

I hope her visit to the English Market in Cork does'nt fall on a Wednesday.I buy a pigs head every Wednesday for my mammy there and I'll be damned if I'm forced to carry it in a bag.Its twenty two cents for a plastic bag here.I am not without manners and always close its eyes before tucking it under my arm and making my home so it can't be argued that I am inconsiderate to HER or to the people on the bus.

God Save Britain more than God Save the Queen...she come Judgement Day will stand in line behind the beggar on the street...As an Irish man I want for the Queen to make an Official public Apology to the Irish People and no better place for that than Croke Park
