Interesting thing; Despite an enormous damage Mr Spigelman caused entire world media is covering his crimes. Even Australia, the land he damaged the most. Australian Government? I just cant understand

To me corrupt government is one where most representatives and officials are primarily motivated by self interest (rather than the interest of the people), aid money ends up primarily in the pockets of government reps or their friends and supporters.Australian Government with Gillard is a perfect example. Shame, it was beautiful country 250 years ago; Aboriginals lived in harmony with the Law and Order. Than the Queen made decision to clean her household of rubbish and Australia was just a perfect place for UK rubbish. Aboriginals should seek compensation from the UK Royalty for the crime her ancestors are responsible for.

What i see is plain and simple RACISM. Incompetent legal system cant accept the truth - she was just to smart for NSW Law Society. They will spend millions of tax money bribing everyone; from Hague to the White House in an attempt to avoid paying the damages to this clever woman. They will not stop until they destroy themselves. And, frankly, that is what they deserve

if you are injured, defamed and robbed.. who do you complain? I mean in australia everyones criminal. australians should be given some external help-line, solicitors and judges outside of NSW legal body. its clear whats going on inhere.
I agree with BISHOPSbride. This is the worst government betrayal I have seen. As a migrant your needs and basic survival depends on the government that invited you in the country. Being betrayed by the people we are dependent on and ignored by legal system thats there to protect you.. is the worst thing that can happen. Shame Australia. And good on Vemsa for being so brave. Simon Wiesental was "nobody" but look what he did. I hope she we'll do the same.
Abuse of migrants and the poor has been a common phenomenon in Australia for the past 200 years. However they say that abuse of injured gets worse anytime the country runs out of money. NSW had the "Labor problem" for 14 years - they did unspeakable crimes - because they run out of money. Everything was stolen so stealing from the most vulnerable was the norm. They had everything "in order" The corrupt Judge, Att General, corrupt legal Ass, corrupt Premier and it went on for years. The problem is that Australia’s short of international intellectual fresh blood and the most capable are almost drugged to move to Australia. Once there - there’s a huge clash of what was promised and what the reality is. This woman is Hell-ova smart, without doubt she "has that something" And she knows that. So to expect from someone of her intellectual capacity to be lough @ ridiculed, robbed... etc. Well, that’s a little unrealistic.
Just found out that Australian President Gillard earns more than UK and USA Presidents and PM's. People who run Australia are dangerous But she is well paid to keep silent and publicly humiliated; perfect for the job..
RE; Hans77 Its not that easy, but the thought about possibility of the world free of criminals... is just so good idea. In France we have a strong legal system and the law. So I can only assume what it mean seeking justice in NSW. Australia should invite educate migrants only after explaining 'how system works'. Like in every country, we have a lot of migrants but cases like her are unheard. In UK, they think about Australia in terms of... retarded cousin. Its burden, its there you cant kill her but in the same time no matter what she says or does you are not ashamed Its retarded for Christ Sake.
Like in every country (to some extent) we have a lot of struggle with delinquents and people who had chosen the wrong side of life. I always thought it would be great to have paedophiles’, thief’s, hardened criminals... all in one place. The Queen did a wonderful job by 'cleaning' UK from people who couldn’t change. And when you consider what’s going on right now in Australia (after 200 years) its clear that some people cant be 'fixed'. I give a standing ovation to idea that everything bad should be dumped there. Let decent people live decently and criminals the way they have chosen. Look what they did to this well-brought-up and diligent family and their two children? Entire government has failed. This is absolute collapse of the law and order. Who are those people? How possible one country could have a government with such a distorted and blurred sense for justice Australia should be prepared to be appropriately challenged. Deutschland
Human Rights? What the human rights hasto do with her case? This was crime, the theft at a 'grand scale' Money's stolen, the money she should have an access because she was paying insurance just in the case if injury happens. Spigelman should be charged like every other thief - theres no difference b/ween him and a 'small shop-lifter' I cant believe that he was allow to resign and KEEP the stolen goods. Australia - looks like you love criminals. How about if entire world see Australia as a dumping ground and the criminals world-wide are sent there like 200 years ago. Australian: government,Human rights, Discrimination President, Lawand the Courts, everyoneson the "criminal side" This would solve a lot of problems in every country. I mean Australian PM is a thief, Judges as well, Federal Government the worst in the world. Let them be... http://t.co/x2nK3s0
leaves000 You got me here. Everyone s complaining about Australia and the way they abuse international students, migrants and people with disability during the legal proceedengs. Yet, Obama and Gillard are two lovebirds. It might be something in there. Australians hate this woman yet she rules, breaching promises, introducing policies nobody wants and by-the-way her party are united; Polls are not something we are concern about.. Well enough said. Obama might be good for her popularity (not among the Australian voters) though, but Australian voters are not taken into account anyway. Well from another angle Greece is not that bad
