Just before the end of winter seems to be the most depressing time. Those already depressed probably find themselves incapacitated from the lack of sunlight. I hope President Clinton is able to get the Irish government to help their own suffering people.

Successive so called Irish Governments have been stealing from Social Welfare Recipients using opinions for over a decade now.....Is leaving Irish people to starve and denying them protection by law while financing pretentious American Corporations a contributing factor to suicide in Ireland.
