President Obama sacks Afghanistan Commander over Rolling Stone comments

If McChrystal had turned the war around the way he promised to do, the Rolling Stone article would have been suppressed. Instead of delivering on his promises, McChrystal's situation reports kept getting more and more dismal. Basically, we're losing the war, and Obama blames McChrystal for misleading him about the possibilities. It's all about winning and losing. If you win, you keep your job. If you lose, you don't. When President Lincoln heard complaints about General Grant's nightly drunkenness, he said, "Find out what he's drinking and send a case to the other generals."

This man has made several errors the greatest was trying to cover=up the friendly=fire killing of Pat Tillman, the bastard should have been fired for that immediately. His Irish-American heritage is at best weak and to use that to impress us is a disgrace.

On another part of this web site this guy is described as Irish American. What makes him Irish American? Getting drunk in a pseudo-Irish bar called Kitty O Shea's? Obama is much more an Irish-American than this guy!
