The Prez learned well from the Bilandic goof back in Chicago and GW's mishandling of the Katrina responcse. His FEMA was not that efficient, but the P.R. was masterful.

It's terrible what happened to Mrs. Moore. In Hoboken neighbors helped each other out, strangers helping strangers. Sad that the same couldn't be done in certain parts of the region.
