the only one that stands out is from Derry - his Brand
is worldwide and powerful. It speaks to an Ireland and not
to the headless poodle piece that requires its severed
head to be attached. What that would do for Britain's use of the symbols of Ireland would be troublesome beyond measure. The removal of the "Hammer & Sickle" from those
once Soviet enslaved countries provides a sense of the
problem that the UKers and their commonwealth and former colonies would have to struggle with.
