The perpetrators of this heinous crime/murder could be any one of the estimated 25 gangs operating in Ireland at the moment including the Russian Mafia, a ruthless bunch for sure. Scary times.

Strange story! It would be normal to shoot both police officers. With two guards, there had to be a lot of money involved. The ocver story is that this was a small and insignificant group. I would say that it was IRA and that there was big money involved.

Sad as it may be at this time, the police still have to ascertain if the detective who survived was in any way in on the crime. There will be tears, but the thing is are they real or are they ultimately crocodile tears.
