I say it is very decent of the Papal nunsio to bring a copy of the report to the attention of the Holy See.I hope he dosn't forget to do it or after reading it they spill their wine on their frocks before throwing it in to the rubbish bin.

It's all very well to hold this particular Papal Nunco to account, there has been no mention of his predecessor, installed in the office in the year 2000, and certainly aware what was going on under his shrewd nose, trained as a barrister so we were told in 2004.
