Sounds like Maginnis has been drinking a little too much. Musnt be too difficult to get the "Lord" title over in that toilet country. Just because Maginnis did or does it with sheep doesnt mean that homosexuals do. Get over your fantasy book, that being the Bible. Life is too short to live by fairytales. God is real. God is Great, but the Bible is just a bunch of crap.

religous beliefs are personal and SHOULD STAY that way....and KEPT OUT OF POLITICS...and gays are NOT beasts....their HUMAN BEINGS, WHICH GOD MADE....DEAL WITH IT...GAYS AREN'T HARMING YOU PERSONALLY...AND THEIR NOT WANTING TO TAKE YOUR RIGHTS AWAY, THEY SIMPLY WANT THE "SAME" RIGHTS YOU TAKE FOR GRANTED.

hermitTalker, when writing about Northern Ireland you apparently are ignorant as to it's political parties. Reverend Dr. Ian Paisley belonged to the Democratic Unionist Party, which he helped co-found. The DUP is the major political opponent of the Ulster Unionist Party for the Loyalist/Unionist votes. The DUP is the largest political party in Northern Ireland with Sinn Fein a close second. The UUP of which Maginnis is a member, is a small, ineffectual skeleton of its former self. The UUP is quite irrelevant as is it's former member Maginnis.

That's too bad because almost the instant the American military accepted and celebrated gays, they also provided for beasts on their ships and so forth. If the American military actually IMPLEMENTS IT, why is it so horrible for anyone to SAY it?

Amazing shift for the Presbyterians and other N Ireland politicians. Many, led by Free-Presbyterian Dr Paisley claim that the Catholic Church is an unbiblical, cult and a fake Church. Now they shun one of their own for quoting the Bible on a key sexual teaching, by the way, both Leviticus and Paul's Romans say the same. What is next?

I' like to shake Lord Maginnis's hand. It's about time someone in Ireland, abeit Northern Ireland had the intestinal fortitude to speak up and tell the truthful facts about homosexual behavior.
He may be a liberal politically but he'd get my vote for courage.

Maybe other politicians should also be forced to resign if they believe in the Bible, which states that same-sex activity in "an abomination".
