Why doesn't he vow to bring about justice for abuse victims, instead of reconciliation, leave off on the banks/poverty smoke screen?

WHY DOESN'T THE BISHOP SUGGEST TO ROME THAT THEY SELL A FEW TRINKETS AND USE THE MONEY TO HELP THE IRISH PEOPLE ??
