Yup the old Irish excuse, My client Mr McAleese had a bad childhood which drove him to drugs. he shows genuine remorse and will pay the people he robbed back. Will $5 a month do? In Ireland this gambit would see the judge slap Mr McAleese with a huge 2 year SUSPENDED sentence and order him to be on his good behavior. Pay the victims back at €5 from your €300 per week Social Welfare payout. So what if it takes 427 years. Your intensions are well noted. Thank goodness America has this bum's number and may he enjoy his next 50 years in the slammer. Who knows maybe he'll meet the partner of his dreams whether he likes it or not.
