The New York Irish History Roundtable is hosting a free walking tour of Brooklyn Heights and Cobble Hill this coming Saturday, December 1.
Roundtable President and local historian John Ridge will lead the tour, which will focus on the impact the Irish had in the development of these two beautiful and historic NYC neighborhoods.
The meeting point is in front of Brooklyn Borough Hall, on Court Street, near Remsen Street at 2pm.
Founded in 1984, the New York Irish History Roundtable promotes interest in and research on the 300-year history of people of Irish heritage in New York City.
