Islam holds that nations or persons are either of the House of Islam (Peace, submission) or of the House of harb (War). If a person or nation leaves house of Islam, e.g. Spain, Southern France, Southern Italy, Austria, etc., they have apostatized back to house of War. Islam is no less committed to world dominion than was communism. Israel is a flashpoint only.
