The case was indeed dismissed by the High Court for the record. Ms. O'Hara and the family have requested her property and memorabilia back but have not recieved anything to date nor is she cooperating with the much talked about audit of Ms. O'Hara's personal affairs.
Lizzy, how do you know her case was dismissed by the high court in Dublin?? What do you think the chances are of her going to the criminal court? Do you know the family?
Mrs. Murphy's application for enduring POA was dismissed by the High Court in Dublin. Fantastic news for our Dear Ms. O'Hara and her family. Let the audit begin and give it to the Guards. Next stop criminal court.
What else but Money is the name of the Game. MONEY MONEY MONEY makes the world go Round !
I wonder if Ms. Murphy would be so willing to fight for Ms. O'Hara and the POA status if she wasn't a wealthy world renowned celebrity ? The limelight can be intoxicating to the lay person or housewife looking for recognition.
Most likely Ms. O'Hara's pearl necklace and earrings. God bless Maureen O'Hara and good for her family !
It's enough to put anyone off doing anything for anyone in their twilight years.
Maureen's back in the U.S. Great news! I saw on her website that she arrived safe and sound and plans lots of long overdue reunions with family. I understand almost all of her family reside in the U.S. with the exception of her daughter, who has lived in Ireland for many years. Welcome back Maureen!
She should go where she wants. She has enough money for her medical. Or she can file for ours if she does not already have it God Bless and Keep her
Maureen free from her handler. Well done.
