Maureen O’Hara’s PA Carolyn Murphy hits back at O’Hara family over accusations

We are just a few months short of a year when this debacle in Ireland surfaced and I am so glad to hear that Maureen is doing wonderfully well here in the U.S. with much love, a beautiful new home and top medical care, as well. All of the indignant posturing and proclamations of innocence by Carolyn Murphy was just that, "posturing." I understand she has appeared before the High Court in Ireland to prove to them she had done no wrong. Apparently after seeing the petition the court swiftly denied her petition to maintain her power of attorney and revoked that right. Maureen is one tough gal and I pray all continues well for her. God Bless her.

Mrs. Murphy can't walk away from an audit. This is all the family wants. The more she refuses, the more sinister and suspicious things become. More support for the family and less pro Murphy propaganda. Make your father proud CBlair !

Maureen has had her own experience with "trial by press" when Confidential Magazine printed scandelous reports about alleged behavior in a theater balcony. She went to court with paperwork to clear her good name and in the process put the magazine out of business. Carolyn Murphy's reputation has now been assaulted. Why should she not be afforded the same opportunity to formally set things straight about this situation? It is suggested that Mrs. Murphy should now "walk away" from a fight about her friend's well being? Maureen wouldn't do that, and didn't. More light of truth and less gossip would be helpful now.

What a glorious woman Maureen O'Hara is and now at this time of her life she has to go through all this figthting about money. I was siding with Mrs. Murphy until it was said that she was taking it to court - it's not her estate or her money so why would she pursue it in court? Where has Maureen's nephew been over the years - is he just getting involved now because of the money? Again, this is all very said for poor Maureen - she dosen't deserve to be put in this position at this time of her life. Always loved her and her films. God Bless her and keep her safe in the palms of His hands.
