joanxis: No offence intended. I was commenting on the weather article posted by Cathal.I was not having a pop at the President and his wife, just remarking on the bad weather they encountered on their arrival at the airport, which seemed to surprise them, that's all. ~ Michelle's hair did get all messed up, and helicopter flight plans were altered, and they left Ireland early to avoid some ash from Iceland! ~ When they next arrive; if the sun is blazing in the sky, they might think they had come to the wrong country! so ... we'll keep some of the kind they expect just to reassure them they are in the right country and very welcome to it, too! ~ Springfield: Yes indeed, it did rain in Moneygall. ~~~ It's reassuring and hilarious to note that the 'usual suspects' are still gulping down the bait, hook, line and sinker...! Well done, lads!

I hope that the Irish citizens vote NO! on the 2 Referendums, on the 27th. This is Vitally Important to our Democracy. If not, we give "The Gombeens" the absolute power. This has been slipped in under the radar and the Press is to blame. It really doesn't matter which one is President but that second referendum is so Dangerous.

I wouldn't blame Obama for the weather. Did it rain in Moneygall?

What, pray tell, does this article have to do with the Obamas? Or are you trying to blame the weather on the president, too?

The Obamas are missing a chance to get roughed-up again by our lovely Irish weather. But don't worry, we'll save some for if they ever risk coming again!
