Irish Central headline: "Kids now HAVE to pay for letters to Santa..." Irish Central article: "Putting a stamp on will be appreciated, although it is not obligatory. Santa will write back regardless of whether there is a stamp on the original letter. It’s a request, not a demand.” I see... so Kids DON’T HAVE to put a stamp on the letter. Perhaps An Post could help IC with the 'art' of writing too!
