Like others here I don't understand the rational of killing the dog. Dogs don't make moral decsions, they act on instinct. The dog was not a willing particpant in an illegal act. It would be interesting to hear the judge explain this action.

Had they never read in the Bible that bestiality is condemned? Citing the Bible still, I understand that the dog had to be destroyed. Please, PLEASE don't tell me the Bible is (fill in the blank)! And I don't care if the fellah on the next stool or any of youse liberal omadhauns, find(s) nothing wrong with it, or finds it funny.

With everything else written, I want to add that I seriously doubt that the pet dog consented to sex with a human. This is sad writing to say that the dog was "destroyed." This was a creature in the universe and perhaps putting the dog to sleep was best for it, but to simply use the word "destroyed" shows as much insensitivity as the man who forced his dog to have sex with a human. The Irish Central authors need to realize that in this day and age, especially in North America, domesticated animals are considered members of the family and insensitive writing is not always appreciated.

Well Sean is not exactly an innocent bystander! He enjoys observing this kind of activity? Now we have a dead dog and a dead woman and Sean can return to his bestiality forums? Sean bought it, now he has to pay something for it. Not sure what the payment needs to be, but he promoted the activity and who knows what else with that kind of time on the computer.

@JimmieM Actually, that stuff don't fly in SF. I know. I live there. Old naked men all over the place...totally cool. Getting frisky with a dog/putting down an abused dog...probably gets you the death penalty.
