Oh! how the right love to tarnish their opponents with the sins of the fathers.

The Kid has just as much baggage as most of the other thieves from "down east". An insider bottom feeder for sure. Kennedy family wealth does not make him immune to greed. Another 1%er for congress.

Can he keep it in his pants, especially with teenagers -- and actresses? Marilyn Monroe's murder would not slide today. Neither would her "Happy Birthday Mr President" (Jackie was wise enough to skip that trip), which was hysterically funny because everyone knew the whole story. Is he smart enough to get someone else to drive when he's drunk, and not go drinking with "the next generation"?
Sorry, but here in the DC area, we've had politicians and all the kids. We know how much the rich get away with and we know when they actually appear in court, it's real. We probably knew someone who saw it happen, too.
If he can get Barney Frank's support, he may have a chance. (No, I'm not a lesbian. Get over it rgray222.)

The sooner we get another Kennedy in congress the better it will be for the country.

If he keeps gay men from starting prostitution rings in his basement and does not drive women over bridges it would be a better start form Massachusetts. Changing one extreme liberal for yet another will only serve to hurt the country more!

Re-election was too tough a nut for Frank to contemplate . A Kennedy couldn't get elected Dog Catcher in that new district ... Thank God !

The late Edward Kennedy had discipline? Are you for real. Unless this young man has all the DNA and genes from his mothers side there never was, there are none now and will never be honorable, honest or disciplined Kennedys starting with Joe Krennedy (Ted's father)

If this Kennedy is in any way humble he is the first of the line to be saddled with this failing.

Barney Frank is a crude bully and a socialist. Joe Kennedy III is a polished bully and socialist. Are we to exchange one socialist for another. Both feel entitled to power. Time for both to leave America alone. It's time for healing.

“I’ve always thought politics is an honorable profession...' well that would make a change and would probably make him unelectable. Can't believe Barny Frank about to step down after how many decades at the public trough. No doubt he will endorse a Kennedy for none of the reasons stated above. You go 'Hot Bottom'!

To Searlit: Read the latest book by Fr. Seán McManus about his time lobbying for the Irish National Caucus. Then you'll find a new definition for 'human' as it applies to the Kennedys, and it's not a good one.

I'll bet he could answer any of the questions that the Republican candidates couldn't. The Kennedy's are very intelligent people, human, also. We could use a little more humanity in the world right now!
