@Seanmor It seems to me that your New York-born cousin visited Trinity College and saw the Book of Kells but learned nothing. Maybe she should visit again but this time pay attention. Ask her to visit our other places of historic interest like Newgrange... or maybe the Anglos built that too?
"When she returned to N.Y.C. she spoke of this book, which she said was produced by Anglos living in Ireland, since it is kept in Trinity College. According to this college grad, the native Irish lacked the intellectual capacity to create such a great work." Preliminarily, your cousin is a degenerate moron if she was at all serious - it's like saying the Greek civilization was created by the british because they house Greek loot from their nation mugging in british museums. Notably, while the Book of Kells was being created by the indigenous Irish, the alien "anglo-saxons" were illiterate.
seanmor, you are obviously a person of great intelect,as anyone who reads your drivel would instantly dicern,as for the irish,we have sufficient intelect to be able to recognise a biased moron when we encounter one.
i think she should be honored in some way for this great achievement.
A New York-born cousin of mine first visited Ireland in the early '70s and saw the Boof Kells on display. When she returned to N.Y.C. she spoke of this book, which she said was produced by Anglos living in Ireland, since it is kept in Trinity College. According to this college grad, the native Irish lacked the intellectual capacity to create such a great work.
This is a great story.
