Won't be to long til we see a lot more of this happening, and the couple will not even realize they are father and daughter, all over the world mothers are now living without the man who fathered the child, and not putting the fathers name on the birth certificate. Thats thier choice, it is so easy nowadays to travel all over the world, who's to know who you might meet up with, your father..your daughter??

I really don't support this at all... in my opinion, it's kind of weird. Just my opinion though, it may be different for them. But even though they met in adulthood, if you think it all through, it's just weird. No offense to them.

I understand that Genetic Sexual Attraction may be a real thing, but Just because this couple are its "Victims" doesn't mean they had to act on that attraction.

These two are adults and decided to make this baby (shame on them). I feel sorry for this child. How is he/she going to feel when it is discovered that your father is your grandfather and your mother is your sister? Kinda like Aigithos, I'd suspect.

As a birthmother who is somewhat knowledgeable about adoption law, I do not believe that their relationship is technichally "illegal" (the morality of it is a different matter, which I will not weigh in on at this time). Adoption (at least in the US) severs ALL connection between the parent and child. A new, amended birth certificate is issued, which states that the adoptive parents gave birth to the child, even listing the hospital where this make-believe event occurred. The child's real birth certificate is sealed forever. Therefore, from a legal perspective, there is nothing whatsoever "illegal" about these two people marrying. In the eyes of the law, they are not related in any way.
