They're the children of a bigot and I have yet to meet the children of a bigot who thought that their circumstances were normal. It's irrational to hate gay people for being what they were born as. Congratulations, Kevin!! Study after study has shown that we of the Rainbow not only equal but - when by choice we become parents- far exceed in skills vital to children's happiness and achievements. Irrespective of highly, often brutal professional lives- yes, Lesbians and Gay men as a % are far better educated than the general straight pop. We must learn to be compassionate with ourselves as the church and the like try to instill self-hate. Great to pursue one's mind when feeling out of place or out-right discriminated against. I know you have a loving, extended family in our community right there to support and help in any way !

Olovely ,my children are neither poor,funny or "gay" ! They enjoy the the security of a normal family and and have developed without any baggage !

The ironic thing is there are hypocrites and frauds out there who will proudly describe themselves as "Pro-Life" and yet will have a big problem with these children being born because the Dad is gay.

Remembering how many children come into this world unwanted and unloved and destined to grow up amidst deprivations, I'm happy to hear about this new family with a loving parent.

Good for him and for his kids. As the posters below demonstrate, there's not enough love in the world (and love makes good parents, but shrunken small minded bigots don't).
