Will the "leaders" have arrest warrants for those errent nuns,priest,garda and politicians who are responsible and will they demand compensation from them on behalf of the victims?

Seems Enda abhors the thought of "restorative measures" such as a public State apology and financial compensation at any level. This is the same government that initially concluded the Church need not pay for pedophilia by members of the clergy.
