Bloody eejit, all judges no matter where think they are above the law, never heard of one like this though, every one here has to display the disc, or you are fined and thats it plain and simple, why he pleaded not guilty, I don't know. Be interesting to see how it turns out. The gardia did the write thing, he probably would not have know who belonged to the car until the details of a ticket were sent in. O'Conner broke the law.
