Irish immigrant is charged in alleged New York rape

this story doesn't make any sense!! i don't believe this girl! why would he take it like that if it was already consensual and if she was being raped, why didn't her girlfriend call the police immediatly and/or come to her friends aid!! i think this is another case of an innocent man being accused of rape when the female decides she regrets what she herself has done by engaging in casual sex. im not usually in favor of the accused but in this case the facts just aren't adding up!
